    NEVER. Our services are provided as needed to suit your busy lifestyle and needs. There are no long-term contracts or obligations required, EVER.
  4. Do I need to do anything before you arrive?

    In order for the time we spend in your home to be as efficient as possible, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys, or other household items. This allows us to focus on cleaning the area rather than organizing the items. Help with organizing is a service we can provide, but the standard visit is designed to conduct a thorough cleaning.
  5. What can I expect on my first appointment?

    We will arrive at your home ready and equipped with all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to thoroughly clean your home. Your first appointment will take the longest, as we will need time to get acquainted with your home.

Will I have the same cleaning person each visit?

Does anyone need to be home the day of cleaning?

How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?

 Yes you will. You will have the same cleaning professional for each visit. We understand how important it is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home. You will have a team of two cleaners  for each cleaning.  We are big on building relationships!!
No, Only if you choose to.  Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. Some clients work from home.
What ever your preference, no worries.
You may pay by cash, check or credit card. Payment is due at the completion of service. If you do not intend to be at home at time of service, you may choose to leave the payment on the kitchen counter. If you choose to pay by credit card, no problem. Credit card payments can be made on our website or we can keep your credit card information on file at the office and charge your card once each cleaning is completed.
 

What if I am not satisfied/happy  with my cleaning?

What will it cost to have my home cleaned?

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Not happy, no problem.  We offer a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, please give us a call within 24 hours of your service and we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you.
The cost will depend on what your needs are, size of your home, and how often you need cleaning. The average cost for maintenance house cleaning starts at $85.00. Average cost for initial cleanings start at $220.00. Average cost for one time thorough cleanings start at $200.00. Please note that larger homes will be at a higher rate. 

How will your service providers enter my home on my scheduled days of cleaning?

WHAT is your comfort level? We let you decide.   You may give us a key, You can leave a key under a door mat the day of cleaning. ( not an idea I am thrilled about). I much ratheryou leave a key in a lockbox, then under a mat. You can also  give us the code to the garage or You can leave the door unlocked the day of cleaning.

What should I do with my pets during the cleaning? 

Do you offer house cleaning gift certificates?


  My Cleaning Lady Cleaning Service is a very pet friendly company. Please advise us if you have pets and provide any information that would be helpful for us to know. Though not a requirement, many pet owners prefer to remove their pets from the areas we clean in order for us to clean your home more efficiently.  We always welcome your pets to roam freely if they are not bothered with vacuums, etc.


 Yes we do. You can purchase a cleaning gift certificate for just about any occasion

What about after hours maid service?   

Are you insured in case of an accident? 


We understand the need to be flexible. Everyone has a different schedule and we will do our best to accommodate you with after hour maid service if required. Move-in or move-out house cleaning can also be arranged in the evening or on the weekend.   What about holidays or changing a cleaning visit?   If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday, we may contact you to reschedule your service. If you need to change a scheduled cleaning visit, we appreciate a 48 hour notice. When short notice is given, we will do our best to accommodate you.  


  Yes, we are fully insured for both liability and property damage. We always do our best to be gentle with your possessions. If in the rare event that something is damaged, you can feel comfortable in knowing we are fully insured. We will gladly provide proof of insurance. If you are considering another cleaning company as well, be sure to insist on seeing a copy of their insurance for your protection.  

Why should I choose a professional cleaning service to clean my home?


When you hire a cleaning person/company - you are inviting someone into your home which is one of the biggest investments that you will ever make.  We recommend that you hire cleaning companies that have taken the time to consider your needs and safety first, incase of accidents or losses.
Anyone can gather some cleaners and a vacuum and call themselves a "cleaner".  However...only a professional will be able to provide you with proof of their liability insurance and bond.  You should work with those who take the time to learn the proper cleaning techniques for today's modern surface, as so many of them can be damaged by improper cleaning. Know your Cleaner.
